It seemed they were working for the defendant's insurance company, instead of on my behalf. They used false info. from the defendant, instead of reviewing my medical file. Then after discovering it to be false, brought it back up AGAIN during the settlement hearing! It was like I was fighting for myself. My medical provider had to correct them when they withheld the check.
