My boyfriend paid him his asking fee to do an eviction which should only take 45 days top after eight months of him giving excuses of why the eviction isn’t moving forward he had to hire another attorney to finish it which took this attorney less than five days to have the property back in his possession.  The people were there destroying it adding to the cost of the lost rent which would have been collected all those months providing Matt did his job from the get go. Save your money get a public pretender. They’d do about the same amount of work on your behalf. Made me rush to give him the money to drag this out 2 years.
