He did not clearly explain or advise me, and strongly believe I was overbilled for communications. When I asked to meet in person to review billing issues, he declined.\nI was billed for communications with opposing counsel but was not included in or informed about emails or negotiations, and agreements were made without my knowledge. I believe my interests were not adequately protected, unnecessary fees were allowed, and I was asked to sign a document waiving final accounting without reviewing all receipts.\nI ultimately terminated his services.
