We were happy with the final product and the attorney was friendly. However we felt that we were a small project and received attention commensurate with that. Communication with the attorney was difficult at best; getting a return phone call was extremely difficult and frustrating. The trust documents took longer than anticipated, and each step of the process seemed to require phone calls to inquire about the schedule to get it started.
