He was so odd. I hadn’t heard from lone star firms since I called so I reached out and received a phone call and that person was so rude arrogant and sarcastic. Stated that if I hadn’t heard back from a lawyer then my case wasn’t considered. I get that and I’m not upset about it but there are nicer ways to say that.  He was so sarcastic. No customer service skills whatsoever. They never stated that I wouldn’t receive a follow up if my case wasn’t considered. No communication whatsoever. I decided to contact this law firm because of the reviews and 5 stars and now I don’t recommend this law firm.
