They don’t like to hear what my opinion is or what i need to say. They are  just worried about the money and that’s it. I was just a number to them. The attorney that I was assigned to was Tim, good guy and decent attorney but I think he’s overwhelmed with clients that get appointed to him. Xavi, I have nothing good to say about the assistant, lest just leave it at that. They had a decent lawyer his name was Andrew but unfortunately that attorney was not assigned to me and I believe he has moved on since lol 😂ultimately poor legal representation, poor office staff. And at the end of the day, they suggested that I take the same plea deal that I was offered initially before I spent all that money on them. Anyways their gain, my loss but get a good idea of the attorneys out there and don’t get mislead by promises or John saying “why look elsewhere, with us u will get the best legal representation”shop around. Sometimes it’s best to take a plea deal because in this state and in my case, the burden a proof is not beyond reasonable doubt, unfortunately it’s a preponderance of the evidence.
