He even forgot important dates and had to clarify with the judge. It was disheartening to see that. It was night and day compared to the opposing attorney that seemed to have her ducks in a row.\n\nAnd when I received agressive demands from the opposing attorney, his response would be along the lines like “hes not happy with how the opposing attorney is handling the case”.
