I had to call back first, I was very excited to finally connect with Holly. I was surprised to have Holly be so short and very matter of fact with me. When I asked questions to see if Medicaid is the proper route to go, I was told you don’t want to commit Medicaid fraud which we would never even think of doing and that we would need to retain services before any additional information could be discussed.
