SHE PRACTICALLY MAKES THE DECISIONS. IN ADDITION TO THAT, SHE DOESN'T LISTEN TO YOU, SHE DOESN'T LET YOU TALK AND INTERRUPTES YOUR ANSWERS. YOU ASK FOR THE APPOINTMENT IN PERSON ANYWAY, BUT THAT WOMAN TAKES OVER THE DECISIONS WITH A PEDANTIC ATTITUDE... I HAD TO HANG UP THE CALL BECAUSE THE TREATMENT WAS VERY UNPLEASANT.
