I contacted Leticia and asked her what’s going on? She advised me we have court next month. The next month came I did not hear from her. I contact court and paid for the case documents and was informed this case been closed. I went to her office and asked why did you misinformed me she answered and said her office moved and her office number was changed and did not receive the courts summons.She didn’t bother to inform the other attorney her new address and phone number neither did she update the courts. Funny thing is her email address is still the same. Laticia caused me to lose my case and she had me believing she’s working on my case. Here’s why:\n- Chris refused to fill out the SS packets sent to their office\n- Said SS did not want answers from lawyers.\n- also stated 80% of applicants are denied and need to go to an appeal hearing. It got denied once, and a month later I received the great news. The staff there never dropped the ball or passed the buck to someone else. Now I'm concerned about referring anyone, but I did about a month ago and they seem to be getting the job done promptly like they did with me.
