After we successfully settled your case, you continued to be late on payments. <br><br>The later repossession by the auto lender had nothing to do with retaliation. After receiving your settlement funds, payments on the Westlake auto loan stopped, the account became seriously delinquent , and Westlake lawfully repossessed the collateral under the terms of the loan contract. <br><br>We successfully resolved the case we were hired for. Unfortunately, we can’t prevent repossession you stop paying the loan.
