We were up against a timeline that only alloted roughly 45 days to execute a trust due to dementia induced mental incapacity. Coupled with the fact that the trust was primarily written to be executed when the trustee passed away, it was beginning to look like a large amount of assets would be lost.  Gina examined all of the trust documents thoroughly, and came up with the correct gameplan to explain and execute the series of events that needed to occur. We couldn't have met our deadlines without her assistance in the matter. When it looked like there was no hope in sight, Gina and her team were definitively the light at the end of the tunnel.
