I consulted with Dustin for help with filing an LLC and he lied and told me it was being taken care of. After multiple emails, I found out that nothing had been done and the start of my business was delayed by months after my misplaced trust that they were doing what they said they would do.\nWe filled out paperwork for the creation of LLCs and have been left in the dark regarding what is going on. I've been told they are short-staffed, that our file won't be done for months, etc, etc. I reached out to Gary since his pitch was the reason we signed with this company and my emails have been ignored.\nThey haven't bothered to explain the process, the timeline, or communicate any expectations.\nThere has been a total lack of customer service and support, which creates unneeded frustration and distrust.\nI would recommend looking elsewhere. Communication has been great. Emails are detailed and answered fairly quick. Unscheduled phone calls from us are not always answered directly by the person we want but they call back once they get the message and research the answer. Scheduled calls are coordinated through emails or texts and occur on our schedule even if that means it is 0400 at their office. They also send materials to review so we are not overwhelmed with unfamiliar terms.\n\nLike I said, we are close to having everything in order but from what I can see so far from the various forms of correspondence, including rough drafts, we are going to be happy with the final trust package and entity creation.
