Only a 12-hour class and a reduced court fee were required.\n\nEven more importantly, although the District Attorney did not agree to it, Attorney Fleming successfully persuaded the Court to enter a not guilty finding on the .08% BAC count. That finding required the DMV to set aside the suspension entirely. He seemed to not only care about the details of my case, but also about my wellbeing.\n\nAs my case progressed, Thomas offered peaceful council and professional direction. He directed me toward activities to begin righting my path, both personally and legally.
