The back of my car looked like a bomb hit me.  I was in so much pain  that it disabled me from performing my work as a waitress.  I couldn't  do anything without pain.  The defendant's insurance company took my recorded statement and I had no clue that they would use my own statement against me. I didn't know that a defense attorney had trained the insurance company on how to take my statement, pretend like they were my friend and cared,  ask me improper questions which I had to answer, and then use my own statement against me!    My friend urged me to call Susan because he said she was  a very good lawyer and would be able to help me.  I called Susan and she took over immediately.  It was such a big relief to have someone helping me.  It was obvious after talking with Susan, that I was in good hands with someone who was very experienced with personal injury law.
