Fortunately, Harman & associates handled my needs in this scenario. What kept me from giving them 5 stars was the large gaps of time with NO communication whatsoever leading me to believe my case was dropped. I will say that Erika and Jim Jaime are the only reasons the rating is what it is. Erika kept communications open and Jim worked hard to get the best possible outcome. I had an Qme date that was after my two year date and she stated that she didn’t know that I would be deemed permanent stationary even after my two year date came and my adjuster was denying all my treatment. Robert law firm is not the same from when I first came to him. I sat down with him and he gave me his word on communication and I would be in good hands and he and his firm would work for me.
