I paid $350 for this (I had previously paid a $75 consultation fee).  After not hearing anything from him for a few weeks, I stopped by his office.  Mr. Loa then quickly called the business, and I could hear the woman on the other end asking him if he needs anything in writing.  His answer was \"no\".  The single purpose of hiring him was to obtain these records.  I expressed my dismay, but he ignored it.
