It felt like the outcome was already decided before the conversation even started.\n\nWhen I tried to clarify my situation, I was told I was wrong without any meaningful discussion or effort to understand what I was saying.\n\nI understand not every case is a fit. But based on what he’s said about how clients should be treated, I expected at least a fair opportunity to be heard.
