They didn't pay attention to her medical documents and see that she had a concussion and talked about a settlement within less than one year. This was her first concussion which was pretty serious and had impacted her entire life and functioning. They wanted her to settle with less than 3000 after their fees. This was not acceptable and she questioned to thank God because they didn't do their job thoroughly and see that she had a concussion. It was also a business truck that hit her very hard. Completely destroyed the car. This law firm is about quantity not quality. Beware you are just a number there. Good thing she advocated for herself and spoke up and requested those additional documents.
