I'm not the only person who has experienced this situation. I decided to hire another attorney because my case was stalled due to the lack of documents she wasn't sending.\nIt seems she's only available when there's a new case; after that, she never takes them on. Only if you have a new case. I recommend being patient with anyone who has a case with her, as the process can take twice as long because she doesn't send the documents when immigration requests them.
