In my experience, he was unprofessional, overcharged me, and constantly asked for more money. Additionally, he wanted me to do research and print out documents related to my case a couple hours before our court case right when I'm about to head out the door! Which is something he or his paralegal should have been handling.\n\nAfter I paid out over $50k to him for a case he said would cost only $20k, I refused to give him any more money, and he took me to court. Thankfully, I hired another lawyer to help me fight him, and the judge ultimately ruled in my favor. The judge even awarded me a judgement of over $10k, confirming that Marc Francis had indeed overcharged me.\n\nI wish I had done more research before hiring him, as I have since discovered that there are other complaints against him online. So, if you're considering working with him, please be cautious and do your due diligence before making any decisions.
