Thank you for your review. Per the rules governing our profession, put in place to protect client confidentiality, we cannot consult with potential new clients until we have run a conflict check. This requires the party requesting a consultation to provide us name of the opposing party so we can ensure that we have not consulted with, and do not represent, the other party on the case. This protects you (the person requesting the consult,) from inadvertently relaying confidential information to us that we should not be privy to in the event that we actually represent the other side on any matters.
Per my staff, It is my understanding that the call was terminated after staff was informed twice that the information would not be provided and the staff member was greeted with silence and believed the call had been terminated.

I think you have the wrong firm. We do not handle wrongful termination cases and we do not have any record of speaking with you on your case. We do not request information from anyone on these types of cases. When individuals call about cases that we do not handle we try to refer them out if possible but other than that we do not handle them at all. I am sorry if you had a negative experience somewhere.
