She advised the caller that since the COVID 19 pandemic, disability determinations were taking much longer than before.  The caller told the office manager that his most recent documented medical treatment occurred about 10 years ago.  The office manager told him to secure updated documented medical treatment if he wanted to have a reasonable chance at securing a Social Security Disability award.
