We paid most of the fee upfront and completed the remaining balance, but unfortunately, he failed to keep us updated on the case. While we understand that appeals often involve waiting for a response, it felt like he didn’t put in much effort. Despite paying a significant amount, we received no updates or communication about the status of the case. We reached out multiple times via email and phone, but he rarely responded, which was extremely disappointing.The person assisting Kathleen was Nick Curran. While I don’t like leaving negative reviews, I feel  to share our experience. It seemed like they took the money without genuinely fighting for the case.
