I am sure you can understand that when an opposing party loses over and over again they want to lash out at their ex and of course his (or her) attorney.  The truth of the multiple cases includes Ms. Fedeli losing all legal arguments and being forced to litigate most recently in Nevada as she had falsified statements to the court trying to retain California jurisdiction after moving out of state.  Once that was decided my client's counsel in Nevada took over the case.  As for the TRO, yes she called and threatened me resulting in a TRO and\nthen an agreement, one which she has violated now with her posting.  The balance of the comments are false and need no further comment.  Again, I understand being the brunt of a losing opposing parties anger but Ms. Fedeli takes it a bit too far.
