That being said, I cannot predict the outcome of someone's case over the first telephone conversation. I am sorry, but I need to read the police reports, do a proper investigation, and use my 30 plus years of experience to fight before a clearer picture emerges. I know being charged with a criminal case is stressful and you want all of the answers to make you feel better, but it just doesn't work that way. If you want someone to lie to you and tell you what you want to hear on the first telephone call, I suggest you look elsewhere.
