Assuming this was a one-time situation, I agreed.\n\nWhen the new appointment day arrived, my wife and I both arranged our schedules and headed to their office for our 9:00 AM appointment. However, at 8:44 AM—when I was just two minutes away from their location—I received another call informing me that the attorney was sick again and the appointment would need to be rescheduled.\n\nConsidering that the H-1B filing window is extremely time-sensitive, this level of unreliability is very concerning. We lost valuable time and work hours due to these last-minute cancellations.
