Because of that trust, I hired him for a serious situation where my neighbor assaulted me and I ended up in court for defending myself.\nI brought him everything—videos, letters, police reports—clear evidence showing I was being harassed and antagonized long before the incident. None of it was used in court. Not a single piece.\nThis was my first time ever dealing with criminal court, and despite having a completely clean record, I walked away with probation and a label that now makes me look like a criminal. It’s devastating and completely avoidable.\nI trusted him to defend me. If I had known he wouldn’t present the evidence that proved my side of the story, I would have gone to another attorney.
