We contacted him on an urgent basis on 12/29/2025 and he agreed to meet with us at 2 PM on 12/30/2025.  Please note this was the holiday season.  My husband's brother was a ward of the state who lived in a group Home in CT and suffered from end-of-life care for multiple myeloma and plasma leukemia. He was given less than 60 days to live.  His brother was moved from a hospital to a new facility.  That facility tried to discharge him 5 days later.  Attorney Scalise agreed to represent my husband and his brother allowing him to remain in the facility where he was placed.  He passed away on 1/5/2026.  We will be forever grateful for his representation and help.  We were simply blessed to have the representation of Attorney Robert Scalise Jr.  Because of his representation my brother-in-law did not have to endure an unsafe discharge and a third move.  We are forever grateful.
