Finally, on May 2025 I was sent to the state doctor to check on my vision. It took them a year to send me to the doctor . Today, July 30, 2025 I called to see what’s going on with my case ,unfortunately the secretary Cinta she put me on hold for several times, not knowing what to say. It seems like they don’t have a professionalism nor education to serve the clients. Please retrain all your Secretaries.
