What started off as a simple rear end collision turned into a nightmare of a legal battle. I first consulted Diego for guidance with navigating the auto insurance claim with mild injury caused by uninsured driver. Car was totaled and the insurance paid. But all of a sudden, the insurance cut me off before completing therapy, even though I was still in pain! We weren't even close to my coverage limit.\n\nThis is where Diego stepped in and represented me in a lawsuit against the company. He made the plan and executed it flawlessly. He had a response for every possible direction this could take. The insurance company fought hard to keep from paying me my coverage. But Diego had them figured out at every turn. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and explained every step of the process. Because of him, the insurance had NO CHOICE but to reach a settlement on the case.\n\nI recommend Diego to anyone and everyone. These lawsuits can become long and arduous, and you're gonna want this attorney to fight aggressively on your behalf.
