I was injured in an accident in February 2016 and my car was totaled. Dave took care of everything and my case settled in August 2017. Most PI cases take some time and won’t be settled overnight. Constant back and forth with insurance companies, the length of time it takes to reach a point of maximum medical improvement from your injuries, plus obstacles from the other party involved all play a role in the length of a case.
