This Michell Rivera is impossible to talk to; something always seems to be wrong, and she's never available to answer your questions. I've been asking for my waiver receipt, the one USCIS sends, for over a year to see if they did their job and sent my paperwork. It's been over a year and they haven't sent me anything. I don't know what's going on. I finished paying everything and they still haven't resolved anything. I had to go to the fingerprinting office last week, even though they supposedly sent my waiver two years ago. What I'm thinking is that they didn't do anything, that's why they refuse to send me even a single email with the receipt so I can prove that they did send the paperwork two years ago. That's all I want. It's been over a year and they don't answer me or send me a receipt. Don't use the services of this so-called firm; they're useless. Don't waste your money, and I encourage you to report this firm online.
