He does not have the child’s best interest at heart.  He calls the day before your court date.  3-4 hours before they close and demands that he speak with the minor knowing they are at school.  When you ask about anything.. he wants to ask why I answered on speaker phone while I’m driving.  Note I’m considered unsafe as I answer a call on Bluetooth.  His only response is that’s how he runs his practice and this is how I parent.  It’s such a shame that even when my child asks for a new attorney he can’t be replaced.  The system most definitely needs to monitored. I was appointed as Minor's Counsel to represent the minor child (not the m other, KYLA GRIFFIN, and not the father of the minor child.  It was my opinion that the parents share custody of the minor child, and the Court agreed.  Unfortunately KYLA GRIFFIN thought that she would be a better single parent to the minor child instead of sharing custody of the minor child with the father.  I had a conference with my client, the minor child, and I cannot tell you about our discussion. I am sure this individual will eventually hire an attorney (for compensation), and receive legal assistance, at a cost. He will take 8 MONTHS for things that should take him 1-2 WEEKS. Then, when you get to what you think is the end, he will tell you he needs to file MORE PAPERS. Something he never told you in the first place, basically contradicting himself fully! You will pay him MORE MONEY. HE will FAIL. But, he will keep 100% of your MONEY! If he was a chess player, he would checkmate himself! Also as a side note, all the paralegals here making mistakes on the documents, putting wrong names on document, we have to go thru every document they typed up and check and fix everything they wrote because they made innumerable mistakes.
