This was an extremely stressful time for us due to her injuries. On top of this we were not familiar with the mind field that is the US health system nor the local rules and laws.\n\nAlthough the driver was at fault (full liability was admitted), we had a number of issues with our travel insurance coverage which left us out of pocket. After employing the services of Ben Norton, he was able to negotiate a settlement to help cover our remaining expenses as well as cover off a whole raft of other requirements that would have been hard for us to do given we had moved to Canada already. This removed a tremendous amount of stress from us meaning we could focus on recovery and not the financial aspects. We will be forever grateful to Ben for this.\n\nWe found Ben to be very professional, approachable, and extremely easy to deal with.
