I'm in the middle of a case with Mr. Ferrigno as a defendant. Although i provided the complaint in a timely fashion, he failed to file an answer on time, resulting in my default in the case. We've been fighting uphill ever since. Do not get sucked into the $10k retainer and small monthly fee... he will drag your case on while doing little to nothing, to keep getting paid the monthly fee.
