This means I ask a lot of questions and have ideas that may or may not be correct.  Zach would calmly, methodically and thoroughly explain where i was wrong, where I was technically right but being unreasonable, and on occasion where I was right and reasonable.    We had the first sale of my property fall through because, i believe,  the buyer was not similarly blessed with an attorney of Zach's caliber.  The second sale of the property went through cleanly and smoothly.  Zach always was ahead of the process and he kept me informed of what was happening an what was likely to happen next.  As a senior citizen moving out of state during a pandemic, his efforts to make things easy and smooth were beyond good service, they were 'life saving' in a real way.
