I called to ask for a refund, and all they did was take down my information, (which they already had) then duck my calls. I reported them to the Bar Association!  You don’t get to take people’s money & not show up to court.  Just unethical Scums!!! I don’t know how they got good reviews! As soon as I sent a letter stating I had reported him to the CA BAR , filed a dispute with my bank, and threatened theft of funds charges with law enforcement I receive a call with a response that is all over the place and placing blame on other people. He asks to talk to me so I call him back and no answer. Very shortly after I receive a notice saying my refund has been processed. Thankfully I am getting my money back but not the time I lost for my case. I have had an attorney who wont stop calling to replenish my trust and barely make an effort and now this.Take your money elsewhere.
