I just wanted to remove a few of the stipulations that seemed unreasonable and make sure the lease agreement wasn't unlawful in the state of Texas, since I'm not familiar with Texas laws at all (never lived there before).\n\nTony took a full 6 days to get back to me, and tells me that he has a flat fee of $2,000 for custom lease agreements. How utterly disgraceful for a person to take advantage of someone who's just starting out, and trying to make a life for themselves. And shame on him for taking so long to reply. I'll be taking my business elsewhere, and I recommend you do the same. This guy is only interested in exploiting you for as much money as he can, and isn't even remotely interested in doing a good job.\n\nOnly reason I'm giving two stars is because he didn't lie about his services.
