We didn't know what to do until we met Theresa who helped us draft a letter to the lawyer to explain our dissatisfaction with his legal services and informing him that we were terminating him as our attorney.  Ultimately with Theresa's advice we worked out the remainder of our issues and her rates were extremely reasonable.  I would recommend her for any complicated legal problems you may have.
