Our 3/4 ton vehicle was totaled and two of us had minor injuries that required months of medical appointments on a weekly basis.\n\nWhen Tammy wanted to settle for $10k a piece, which covered our medical and her contingency fee.  We thought she was kidding.   Sound like she's working for you??  Didn't seem that way to us.  Seemed more like a cattle drive to collect her fee.\n\nThankfully, we took our business elsewhere. She then filed a $5k lien on the case.   There was NO possible way $5k worth of work was done, perhaps a small fraction of that amount at most.\n\nWe wanted someone that would fight for us.
