When clerical work needed to be done, I was handed off to some of the legal assistants or someone else(forget their title), but they took care of the administrative and filing things in a timely manner.\n\nHiring legal services always comes with a cost, but I'm really glad I did because I would NOT have been able to figure out all the steps and docs required by myself, where to send them, etc. even though the cases never ended up in litigation.
