Everyone I interacted with in this office were polite, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable.  Even when I just mentally or emotionally didn't want to deal with any of this, I never felt they were pushy or annoyed when I'd temporarily check out from the process.  I mostly communicated with Esther and she was incredibly patient and kind throughout this entire case.\n\nI like nitpicking things and I can't think of a single thing I could do so with this law office.
