Bankruptcy attorneys do not send out notices to the creditors-the bankruptcy court does. Clearly, your mortgage company and the 2 creditors you mentioned have you confused with our client.<br><br>I understand you are frustrated, but your problem is with your creditors (and potentially credit reporting agencies), not me. You should speak to those creditors to confirm your social security number (I’m sure it’s different than my client’s), and have them straighten out their mistake.
