After filling out the questionnaire, I'd say within 30 minutes of filling the questionnaire out he contacted me for clarifying questions pertinent to the citation; he walked me through the process and answered other questions that came up. Obviously decided to move forward with him and I was able to have the matter resolved favorably.\n\nIf you want a reasonably priced firm that is responsive, this is the team.
