They took my money and dragged the case out for over five years.  Never secured any police reports to show that I have been harrassed by my neighbor.  Never talked to the neighbors behind me who have had bullets and buckshot rained on their house also.  Told me not to talk to them and that they would contact them.  The neighbors had since moved.  Then they dropped me stating they have more important cases than mine.  With no witnesses or police reports after five years of stalling I was found guilty of three felonies for protecting myself on my own property.
