We had to do all the leg work.  He wasn't prepared to fight Brenda Baker (the other attorney).  He didn't even know that mineral rights can be sold with/without the property.  Had it not been mentioned to him during  mediation, we wouldn't have received the mineral rights!!!\nWe had rights of survivorship from two seperate bank accounts(legal documents), and he couldn't even get that for me.  That money had to be paid back. I lost everything including most of my retirement . The paralegal was the most laziest person I have ever ran across, she always looked mad never smiling. I would ask questions and she would roll her eyes and would never explain the paperwork.
