I immediate called Maharan and told him what had happened. He went to work right away. The process wasn’t something I was familiar with, but he made it easy. Farmers; my OLD insurance tried to play “hard ball” and frankly I thought couldn’t handled this way better since I was there customer. We finally got to the regional director for Texas and got the ball rolling. After getting the right person on Farmers end to address this Maharan was persistent, focused and made sure I got what I deserved. He always returned texts/calls as communication is important not only in cases like this, but in general it’s good to communicate with people. I recommend him to a close friend and I know he did the same for her.
