I consider that a service many firms don’t provide not a ‘negative’. <br><br>You called on Sunday PM with a non-urgent matter concerning property in an area of the state I don’t practice in. <br>I spent 5 minutes listening but when I provided advice that contradicted what you read ‘on the internet’ and which you didn’t want to hear — and suggested you needed to contact an attorney in the area of the property somehow that was ‘terrible people skills’? <br><br>You do need to find a local attorney.
