The fact is I had hired Carlos Cruz from another firm , they dragged their feet and gave you all kinds of false hope. Several years pass and a lot of money and my case seemed to go nowhere. I had called around and spoke to many firms and I was recommend to law offices of Jose… we came in and sat down. What I liked about this place, they will tell you straight up if you have a chance or not. They won’t take your case and give you false hope if they feel like they can’t help you. He definitely helped me. I see a good amount of bad reviews over their attitude, this isn’t McDonalds. It’s a law firm. They have a ton of clients and so swamped. I definitely recommend this place. These guys and gals changed my life, literally.\n\nUpdate: Both my parents began looking around for an immigration attorney that could possibly help them out now, almost every immigration attorney told them they would have to leave the country for a couple years and pay a pardon fee. Finally my parents came and spoke to Jose Alfredo Hernandez and were hesitant to pay to consultation fee. Literally one year after that visit my parents have now received their green card. They didn’t have to pay a pardon or leave the country because of a loop hole attorney Jose found.
